Within the framework of the advisory services, the main material effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors for financial market participants (insurers) are only taken into consideration to a limited extent. Where applicable, this consideration will be based on the information provided by the insurance companies. The insurance broker will not be responsible for the accuracy of such information. Owing to the currently limited information from insurers, such aspects will not currently be considered by default in the advisory services. At the specific request of the customer, such information can be taken into consideration based on the data currently available. Consideration by default will take place upon a broader market offering in the future.

Insurance brokerage remuneration is not based on the sustainability risks involved in insurance product investments. This means in particular that the remuneration amount for the product is not affected positively or negatively by the investment sustainability risks.

When providing advice regarding insurance investment products, state-subsidised "Riester pensions" and basic pensions or company pension schemes, the sustainability risks are taken into account by using the insurer's pre-contractual information. Where there is a feasible prudent assessment of a comparable or better return from the product which takes into account sustainability risks, that product will be recommended.

Instead of customer gifts and greeting cards, we donate thousands of euros every year to social projects.
